Abstract: The present disclosure provides a recombinant protein for inducing cytoplasmic vacuolization cell death and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. The present disclosure provides a recombinant protein for inducing cell death, where the recombinant protein is at least one selected from the group consisting of PorV, Lipocalin, and ?-barrel; and the PorV has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, the Lipocalin has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the B-barrel has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 3. In the present disclosure, the recombinant protein induces the formation of cytoplasmic vacuolization in various cells, thereby inducing the vacuolar cell death.
