Abstract: A user-mode crash reporting system for generating a crash report when an application crashes is provided. The user-mode crash reporting system installs a crash handler to execute in the same process as the application when the application crashes. When the application crashes, the crash handler identifies a victim thread of the process that was executing at the time of a crash. The crash handler then walks a call stack of the victim thread to identify return addresses for returning from called functions of the application. The crash handler identifies offsets within the module corresponding to the return addresses and creates a call chain of functions using the identified offsets. The crash handler then generates a crash report based on the identified call chain.

Abstract: In one aspect the invention is a method of testing for one or more colorectal pathologies or one or more subtypes of colorectal pathology (in one embodiment colorectal cancer) in a test individual by providing data corresponding to a level of products of selected biomarkers and applying the data to a formula to provide an indication of whether the test individual has one or more colorectal pathologies or one or more subtypes of colorectal pathology. In some aspects the method is computer based and a computer applies the data to the formula. In other aspects a computer system is configured with instructions that cause the processor to provide a user with the indication of whether the test individual has colorectal pathology. Also encompassed are kits for measuring data corresponding to the products of selected biomarkers which in some embodiments include a computer readable medium. Also encompassed are kits and methods of monitoring therapeutic efficacy of treatments for one or more colorectal pathologies.

The plug-in anti-regeneration method comprises: obtaining a plug-in anti-regeneration filter feature set; judging whether a to-be-installed plug-in matches plug-in anti-regeneration filter features in the plug-in anti-regeneration filter feature set; and preventing the to-be-installed plug-in from being installed if the to-be-installed plug-in matches the plug-in anti-regeneration features. The present invention further provides a corresponding plug-in anti-regeneration system. The method, system, and storage medium of the present invention can prevent the regeneration of the plug-in to facilitate the use of the computer.

Abstract: A method of forming a gate oxide layer is disclosed, which introduces a rapid laser annealing process, performed on the surface of the gate SiON layer, prior to a high-temperature annealing process performed on the gate SiON layer. This enables the method of the invention to remove the intrinsic oxide layer, protect the doped nitrogen atoms from the adverse influence of organic absorption, and lead to the formation of an amorphized surface layer which is able to prevent nitrogen atoms located around the surface from escaping by volatilization and nitrogen atoms beneath the surface from diffusing towards the SiO2/Si boundary. Therefore, the gate SiON layer formed by the method of the invention can ensure a high and stable nitrogen content, thus achieving the objective to obtain a gate SiON layer with a more precisely trimmed dielectric constant and hence improve the electrical properties of the semiconductor device being fabricated.
