    Abstract: A vacuum glass and a vacuum glass window are provided. The vacuum glass includes two glass sheets, a vacuum layer arranged between the two glass sheets, multiple supporting members arranged within the vacuum layer, a sealing portion that seals the vacuum layer arranged on an edge portion of the vacuum layer, and a strip-shaped getter arranged within the vacuum layer. The strip-shaped getter is arranged close to and substantially parallel to the sealing portion at a side of the vacuum glass. The distance between an outer edge of the strip-shaped getter and an inner wall of the sealing portion is not less than about 0.2 millimeters. The vacuum glass window includes a window frame and the above-mentioned vacuum glass. By optimizing the distance between the strip-shaped getter and the sealing portion, the arrangement of the strip-shaped getter will not affect the sealing quality of the sealing portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a Pichia kudriavzevii and a multifunctional complex microbial inoculant and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. The Pichia kudriavzevii of the present disclosure has a degrading ability of lactic acid as high as 12.69 g·L?1, which is 2.04 times that of a type strain. At the same time, the strain can also metabolize ethanol and has an OD600 of 4.48 after fermentation in a sorghum juice medium at 30° C. and 200 rpm for 3 d. The Pichia kudriavzevii could completely consume 58 g·L?1 of glucose in the sorghum juice medium after 60 h of fermentation and produce 13.06 g·L?1 of ethanol. The Pichia kudriavzevii degrades lactic acid and can relieve a lactic acid pressure of a fermentation system and enable Saccharomyces cerevisiae to grow and metabolize to produce wine.

Inside a vacuum deposition chamber, a stationary but tilted pan-shaped vessel, or non-stationary pan-shaped vessel that is doing tilting movement continuously or intermittently, is used to accommodate powdered samples. A plowing device with teeth or blades is positioned above the pan-shaped vessel, configured to make rotary or sliding movement so as to make plowing actions to the powdered samples, thereby agitate the powdered samples on the pan-shaped vessel. A flattening structure is positioned above the pan-shaped vessel, configured to make rotary or sliding movement, thereby even out the distribution of the powdered samples. A hallow shaft can be used to deliver rotary motion and facilitate pumping. A tube can be inserted into the hollow shaft or the rotary vessel to introduce precursors. Gas diffuser and slowly increased pumping speed can be used to reduce the agitation caused by gas flow. Intermittent rotation, variable rotary speed, extruding structures on inner surface of the rotary vessel, and the addition of easy-to-agitate powder or beads of other materials can be used to enhance the powder agitation caused by rotation.
