    Abstract: The present invention is directed to the formation of protein arrays through the use of nucleic acid/protein (NAP) conjugates, which allow the covalent attachment of proteins and the nucleic acids encoding them. By using vectors that include capture sequences that will hybridize to capture probes on a nucleic acid array, the NAP conjugates including the proteins of interest are arrayed and used in a wide variety of applications.
