    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel. The sizing agent includes effective components and water. The sizing agent has a solid content of 2-8%. Percentage of solid mass of each of the effective components in a solid mass of the sizing agent is as follows: a silane coupling agent: 3-15%; a film-forming agent: 68-93%; a lubricant: 0.5-10%; an antistatic agent: 1-12%; and a pH regulator: 0-5%. The present disclosure further relates to a preparation method of the glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel and use of the sizing agent in fields of glass fibers and composite materials. Compared with the prior art, glass fiber products produced from the sizing agent of the present disclosure have a suitable stiffness and wet-out speed, and the sizing agent has an excellent refractive index, which is similar to that of matrix resin.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an interference protection device and method for a hydraulic support and a cutting part of a shearer. The device includes: a plurality of dust-proof cases evenly and fixedly provided on a surface of one side of a hauling part of the shearer that faces away from a coal wall, and a dust-proof housing fixed on the hydraulic support. A first ultrasonic transducer and a flash lamp are fixedly provided in each dust-proof case, and a second ultrasonic transducer, a receiver, and a data processing module are fixedly provided in the dust-proof housing. The data processing module is electrically connected to the second ultrasonic transducer and the receiver separately, the first ultrasonic transducers and the flash lamps are all electrically connected to an external single-chip microcomputer, and the data processing module is electrically connected to a hydraulic support control computer.

    Abstract: A system and method for remotely locating a communication error support for hydraulic supports. The system includes a control panel, a support controller, a data converter, and two support drivers of the same type. Each support driver has two bus interfaces. The control panel transmits a control command to the data converter in a form of a WiFi signal. The data converter converts the WiFi signal into a message signal and transmits the message signal to the support controller. The support controller transmits the control command to the two support drivers, respectively. The support drivers transmit the command through CANH twisted pairs and CANL twisted pairs. When a bus for transmitting the command of a certain node has an error, the support controller calculates the fault node according to a formula n = p ? t 8 ? m , and feeds back the fault node onto the control panel.
