The chip may include a second substantially planar isolation layer with a first surface positioned adjacent to the second surface of the first conduction layer and a second surface opposite the first surface. The chip may include a second conduction layer etched on the second surface of the second isolation layer. The second conduction layer may include an anode trace, a cathode trace, and an optical transmitter positioned on the cathode trace.     Abstract: A polyurethane composition is provided. The polyurethane composition comprises (A) one or more polyurethane-prepolymers prepared by reacting at least one polyisocyanate compound with a first polyol component; and (B) a second polyol component; wherein at least one of the first polyol component and the second polyol component comprises an ester/ether block copolymer polyol synthesized by reacting a starting material polyether polyol with a C4-C20 lactone. The polyurethane foam prepared by using the polyurethane composition can achieve inhibited internal heat buildup, high thermal stability and superior tear strength. A polyurethane product prepared with said foam, a method for preparing the polyurethane foam and a method for improving the performance property of the polyurethane foam are also provided.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a preparation method of GaN field effect transistor based on diamond substrate, and relates to the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing. The method includes the following steps: preparing a GaN heterojunction layer on the front-side of a SiC substrate; thinning the SiC substrate; etching the SiC substrate; growing a diamond layer; removing a sacrificial layer and the diamond layer on the sacrificial layer; preparing a source electrode, a drain electrode and a gate electrode on the front surface of the GaN heterojunction layer; etching the SiC substrate and the GaN heterojunction layer to form a source through hole communicated with the source electrode; and removing the through hole mask layer, and preparing back grounding metal to complete the preparation of the diamond substrate GaN transistor device.

The device includes a broadband light source, a first optical fiber circulator array, a second optical fiber circulator array, a collimator array, a reflecting film array, a third optical fiber circulator array, and an optical path analyzer. During transmission of light emitted from the broadband light source, the light with different wavelengths is separated via several optical gratings etched on a single-mode optical fiber (SMF), and reaches reflecting films adhered to the working face of the scraper conveyor through first optical fiber circulators, second optical fiber circulators, and collimators. The light with the different wavelengths is then reflected back from the reflecting films, enters the SMF through third optical fiber circulators, and finally enters the optical path analyzer.

The ceramic material is prepared as follows: 1) weighting and mixing raw powders of Co2O3, TiO2 and Ta2O5 proportioned according to the chemical formula of Co0.5Ti0.5TaO4, to yield a mixture; 2) mixing the mixture obtained in 1), zirconia balls, and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1:4-6:3-6, ball-milling for 6-8 h, drying at 80-120° C., sieving with a 60-200 mesh sieve, calcining in air atmosphere at 800-1100° C. for 3-5 h, to yield powders comprising a main crystalline phase of Co0.5Ti0.5TaO4; and 3) mixing the powders obtained in 2), zirconia balls, and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1:3-5:2-4, ball-milling for 4-6 h, and drying at 80-100° C.; adding a 2-5 wt. % of polyvinyl alcohol solution to a resulting product, granulating, sintering resulting granules at 1000-1100° C. in air atmosphere for 4-6 h.

Two oil collection boxes are arranged to both outside ends of tank. A mud discharging outlet is attached to the bottom of the tank. Meanwhile, both of a water outlet and an electric polarizer are localized at the end face of the effluent on the tank. A power supply for the electro-adsorber is fixed to the inlet end on the top face of the tank. Divided by upper and lower deflectors, the inside of the tank is divided to three processing units, i.e., sludge-water separation unit, degradation-coalescence treatment unit, and sedimentation-electric polarization unit. Vortex centripetal gas flotation is applied to remove oil. Electro-adsorption induces the micelle clustering to achieve the decolorization.
