The image sensing device includes a plurality of light receiving elements each configured to generate a sensing voltage corresponding to a current pulse based on a photon reflected from a target object; a plurality of quenching circuits corresponding to the respective light receiving elements and each configured to output a pixel signal by controlling the sensing voltage from a corresponding light receiving element of the light receiving elements, and a readout circuit shared by the plurality of quenching circuits and configured to generate a readout signal by controlling a delay time of the pixel signal.
