    Abstract: A liquid crystal display device is adapted to reduce cross-talk and signal noise so as to improve the perception ratio and accuracy of a sense element. The liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel including a plurality of pixels connected to gate lines and data lines thereon, respectively; a gate drive circuit applying scan signals to the gate lines; a data drive circuit applying pixel voltage signals to the data lines; at least one sensor unit formed in at least one pixel region and sensing external lights and a touch of the liquid crystal panel; a switch unit switching a switch voltage and the pixel voltage signals to be applied to the data lines on the liquid crystal panel; a sense processor processing the sensed signal from the sensor unit; and a timing controller controlling the gate drive circuit, the data drive circuit, the switch unit, and the sense processor to be driven in one of data write mode and light sense mode.

    Abstract: A method and device for providing a mobile subscriber with access to non-subscriber mobile services via the use of a virtual mobile phone number is disclosed. In one embodiment, the method comprises i) receiving a mobile service request from a user terminal, ii) determining whether or not the user is a home subscriber, iii) requesting that a virtual mobile phone number be provided if the user is a non-subscriber, iv) receiving the virtual mobile phone number from the user terminal, v) providing a corresponding mobile service if the received virtual phone number is verified, and vi) charging for use of the mobile service based on the virtual mobile phone number.

    Abstract: A system and method for buying goods using a number based domain and the mobile Internet are disclosed. In one embodiment, the system extracts a shopping mall code from number domain information received from a user terminal. Then, if the extracted shopping mall code exists in a pre-stored shopping mall list, the system connects the user terminal to a shopping mall server via a network, by retrieving a character domain corresponding to the shopping mall code and transmitting purchasing request information to the shopping mall server. Thereby, the connection process of a shopping mall site and the selection process of purchasing goods can be simplified without adding a new system and creating mobile content.

    Abstract: A system and method for buying goods and billing agency using short message service are disclosed. If a purchaser transmits goods information to a mobile communication service system using short message service of a mobile phone, the mobile communication service system generates a certification code corresponding to the goods information and transmits it to a shopping mall server and the mobile phone. Then, the shopping mall server and the mobile phone exchange messages and run mutual authentication. Thereby, system construction expense for selling goods and service is decreased, purchasing procedure is simple, and the safe purchase can be done by mutual authentication using the certification code.
