Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for decoding a video including determining a coding unit to be decoded by block partitioning, decoding prediction syntaxes for the coding unit, the prediction syntaxes including a skip flag indicating whether the coding unit is encoded in a skip mode, after the decoding of the prediction syntaxes, decoding transform syntaxes including a transformation/quantization skip flag and a coding unit cbf, wherein the transformation/quantization skip flag indicates whether inverse transformation, inverse quantization, and at least part of in-loop filterings are skipped, and the coding unit cbf indicates whether all coefficients in a luma block and two chroma blocks constituting the coding unit are zero, and reconstructing the coding unit based on the prediction syntaxes and the transform syntaxes.

The braking resistor is connected between both ends of a power input terminal of the DC motor, and the braking resistor can control a resistance value. And, the constant speed control unit changes the resistance value of the braking resistor in response to the user's weight to maintain the descent speed constant regardless of the user's weight.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for preventing or treating lung cancer, comprising a compound isolated from a Cephalotaxus extract as an active ingredient. Isoharringtonine, which is the compound isolated from the Cephalotaxus extract according to the present disclosure, induces apoptosis and exhibits the effect of inhibiting the growth of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines, and thus can be useful in the prevention or treatment of lung cancer. In addition, the combined treatment of isoharringtonine and siNR4A1 enhances anticancer activity, and the combined treatment of isoharringtonine and cisplatin, which is a conventional anticancer drug, induces a high anticancer effect at a low concentration of cisplatin, thereby reducing side effects of anticancer treatment.
