In particular, the refractive index of the transparent polyimide is nx=ny>nz, that is, it has ability of adjusting the negative type c-plate phase difference, wherein nx represents the lateral refractive index, ny represents the longitudinal refractive index, nz represents the vertical refractive index along the thickness direction, and m and n are between 10 and 10,000.

Thereafter, a thin film transistor array is formed over the insulating layer. Then, the polymer material layer having the thin film transistor array is separated from the rigid substrate.
