  • Patent number: 8298474
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for loading and unloading a heat treatment furnace and to a corresponding method. Heat treatment furnaces are normally loaded and unloaded by means of a so-called elevator. During unloading, a removed workpiece is usually lowered by means of the elevator into an oil bath, in which it is then removed from the elevator. Oil is then transferred into the furnace chamber via the oil-covered elevator. Such an application of oil is avoided by means of a device comprising a frame rack having a first and a second level, which are disposed parallel above each other, and are connected to each other by means of a plurality of frame braces, wherein the first and the second levels have a plurality of openings and the frame braces have guide means.

  • Patent number: 4348999
Abstract: An apparatus is proposed which serves the purpose of mixture formation for internal combustion engines, in particular mixture-compressing engines with externally supplied ignition. The apparatus includes an air flow rate meter, which has at least one control body opening the intake tube cross section to a greater or lesser extent in accordance with the air flow to the cylinders, the deflection of which control body directly controls a fuel metering valve. The fuel metering valve is disposed on the end of the control body and extends in a direction pointing in opposition to that of the air flow and is embodied as a needle valve having a metering needle and a metering opening. The metered fuel can be ejected directly downstream of the fuel metering valve via one or more nozzle openings.

  • Patent number: 4064847
Abstract: A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines in which fuel is metered out on the basis of the relative rotation of an air flow rate metering flap in the induction tube to a location upstream of the throttle valve. In order to prevent fuel condensation on the throttle valve during engine idling, the idling fuel quantity is delivered to a separate point in the induction tube lying downstream of the throttle valve.
