  • Patent number: 5775051
Abstract: A frame member for a switchgear cabinet frame, designed as an inwardly open hollow section having two perpendicular sides that form outer sides of the frame. An easily constructed frame member combines features that provide a simple solution to meeting many requirements of a switchgear cabinet frame.

  • Patent number: 5761797
Abstract: A process for the erection of a switch cabinet and installation of components therein in which portions of the framework of the switch cabinet are assembled to form a partial frame structure. Thereafter, the services are installed and wired within the partial frame structure. The assembly of the framework is then completed and the walls and doors secured thereto so as to form an enclosed switch cabinet with the services installed inside.

  • Patent number: 5749476
Abstract: A rack for a switching cabinet comprising a plurality of frame parts and having fastening holes provided inside of the frame pieces forming internal edges of the rack. The frame pieces form only a frame support. At least a portion of the frame pieces are rigidly or detachably connected to a plurality of mounting rails which extend over at least a portion of the length of a corresponding frame piece, and along with the two profile sides having rows of fastening holes, form portions of internal edges.

  • Patent number: 5584406
Abstract: A rack frame with vertical supports, which can be partially closed by wall elements, wherein the wall elements are embodied as panel elements with beveled edges and are fastened or can be fastened by fasteners to respectively two adjoining supports. The wall elements can be fastened on the supports of the rack frame in a simple manner at an arbitrary height. The two supports each have a fastening bar extending parallel to the wall element, on which U-shaped fastening elements can be adjusted and fixed in place. The wall elements can be bolted together with the fastening elements, and the edges of the wall elements can be inserted into elongated slots of the supports.

  • Patent number: 5513759
Abstract: A rack frame having two front and two rear supports, which can be closed off by means of wall elements, except for the front, and into which structural units can be built. Holders, on which the structural units can be fastened, are attachable to both front supports. Wall elements can be simply attached at arbitrary heights. Structural units with different installation depths can be attached so that they terminate flush with each other either in the front or the rear. This is accomplished by perpendicular longitudinal slots for receiving beveled edges of the wall elements that are formed in the exteriors of the rear supports. The rear supports have fastening strips, which extend spaced apart and parallel to the wall elements. Adjustable U-shaped fastening elements can be attached to the fastening strips, and are used to fix the wall elements.

  • Patent number: 5142607
Abstract: An optical wave guide splice box which can be installed in a control box or the like and which receives optical wave guide splicing cassettes. Incoming optical wave guide cables are split into optical wave guide fiber bundles and/or individual optical wave guide fibers and are connected in optical wave guide harnesses with outgoing individual optical wave guide fibers. At least a portion of the outgoing individual optical wave guide fibers are guided and connected to optical wave guide connectors in a front panel which closes off the optical wave guide splice box. Shunting, splicing and distribution of the optical wave guide exterior cables, the optical wave guide fiber bundles and the individual optical wave guide fibers is considerably easier, even in an optical wave guide splice box installed in a control box or the like.
