    Abstract: A multi-purpose carrying bag or case having a parallelepiped shape is provided. The carrying bag or case comprises a shell of a watertight and airtight, rip-resistant material, the shell having top and bottom portions, first and second longitudinal side portions and first and second end portions; a slot-type opening provided in said upper portion and being closeable by means of a watertight and airtight zipper; and a fill-valve provided in said shell for filling the interior of the carrying bag or case.
