  • Patent number: 8987944
Abstract: The present embodiments include an arrangement for contactless transmission of electrical power between a fixed gantry section and a gantry section of a computed tomography system that is rotatable about an axis of rotation. The arrangement includes a first carrier ring in annular form arranged on the rotatable gantry section in an electrically conductive manner, and at least one first conductor element arranged in or on the first carrier ring, the at least one first conductor element being insulated from the first carrier ring and being for contactless receiving of the electrical power. The arrangement also includes at least one grounding slip ring arranged in or on the first carrier ring. The at least one grounding slip ring is connected to the first carrier ring in an electrically conductive manner.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 7, 2011
Date of Patent: March 24, 2015
    Assignee: Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Horst Friesner, Florian Hofmann, Thomas Luthardt, Helmut Repp
  • Patent number: 8537556
Abstract: The invention specifies a holding apparatus comprising a support element and a circuit board. A trench for receiving the circuit board is embodied in the support element. At least one first clamping element is arranged on one or both longitudinal sides of the circuit board and/or at least one second clamping element is arranged in the trench. As a result, the circuit board received by the trench is fixed in the trench in a clearance-free fashion.

  • Patent number: 8441803
Abstract: A retaining facility for clearance-free fixing of a printed circuit board onto a one-dimensional curved surface is provided. In the direction of curvature of the one-dimensional curved surface, a tensile or compressive force acts on the printed circuit board or on at least one first connection device connected to the latter, with the printed circuit board being bent and pressed onto the curved surface. In this way the printed circuit board is held solidly and with little vibration on the surface even when acted on by centrifugal forces.

  • Publication number: 20120207267
Abstract: An arrangement includes at least one annular conductor arranged on a rotatable gantry part. The at least one annular conductor is operable to emit electric signals. The conductor is divided into n, where n?N and n>1, rotationally symmetrically arranged annular conductor segments that have no electric connection to one another, and n transmit units. The transmit units are each arranged on different annular conductor segments and each feed different electric signals into the annular conductor segments. Angles between the transmit units and one end of corresponding annular conductor segments are of equal size.

  • Publication number: 20120082288
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to an arrangement for the contactless transmission of first electrical signals, second electrical signals and electrical energies between a fixed gantry part of a computed tomography system and a gantry part that may be rotated around an axis of rotation. The arrangement includes a first annular-shaped carrier ring arranged on the rotatable gantry part, at least a first conductor element arranged in or on the first annular-shaped carrier ring to receive the electrical energy, and at least a second conductor element arranged in or on the first annular-shaped carrier ring to output the first electrical signals.
