Abstract: A bicycle hub is made of shaped sheet metal. The bicycle hub comprises two flanges (6, 7) which are located at end sections (3, 4) of the hub. The flanges (6, 7) comprise holes (11) for accommodating spokes, and are bent radially outwards and held at a distance from one another by a sleeve (5; 50). The end sections (3, 4) further comprise internal ball tracks (8). The end sections (3, 4) are designed such that each of the end sections (3, 4) is formed as a double wall comprising an inner wall and a closely fitting and abutting outer wall at least in the ball track area (8), whereby the flange (6, 7) is attached to the outer wall.

Abstract: A valve disk for a spray can, having a disk dome for receiving a spray valve and a concentric collar which is molded on while forming a surrounding ring groove and in which collar an elastic sealing ring is held in a form-locking manner. An outer edge bounding the ring groove is bent over at least partially in a surrounding manner in the direction of the ring groove while forming a supporting surface for the sealing ring.

Abstract: A spray dispenser, includes a valve disk for attachment of a valve, with the valve disk including a valve dome and a collar in concentric surrounding relationship to the valve dome. A cap extends over the collar and is secured against axial displacement, for covering the valve, wherein the cap is connected to the collar by way of a form-fitting engagement so as to inhibit rotation of the cap relative to the collar.

Abstract: A valve plate is manufactured by stamping round two-ply blanks out of two superimposed strips of material and shaping the valve plate out of the blanks while retaining the double ply. The plate is provided with a dome by this process. The outer ply is now provided with threading in the vicinity of the dome. If the plate is damaged when an adaptor is subsequently screwed onto it, the damage will be confined to the outer layer.
