Abstract: An insert for use with a dish washer provided with a rotary spray arm having a nozzle therein and with at least one rinsing basket. The insert is provided at least one receptacle for securely supporting a bottle with its opening in alignment with the rotary path of movement of the nozzle. Protrusions are provided in the receptacle for resiliently maintaining a bottle in its position.

Abstract: A method for making a dishwasher includes providing a wash chamber receivable in a housing. The wash chamber includes a left side part capable of having a first functional component disposed thereon, a right side part capable of having second functional component disposed thereon, and a first middle part disposed between the left and right side parts and capable of having a spray device disposed thereon. At least one intermediate part is disposed between the first middle part and at least one of the left and right side parts so as to provide a dishwasher having a desired width.

Abstract: A method of operating a dishwasher selectively operable in a first program using a detergent and a predetermined quantity of rinse agent separate from each other and a second using a compound consisting of detergent and rinse agent wherein in the second program an additional quantity of rinse agent less than the predetermined quantity is provided. The predetermined and additional quantities are preferably provided from a dispenser.

Abstract: A delabeler (11) provides a conveyor (12) which sandwiches a series of containers (13) to positively rotatably move such containers through a plurality of processing stations. A strip brush section (31) includes a series of stations (32-35) each including a plurality of rotating brushes (53-55) located within specific planes and operated to completely remove the container labels. A scrub brush section (101) includes a similarly constructed series of scrub brush stations (102-105) which completely remove adhesive residue from the containers. A series of stations (27, 28, 100, 106) spaced throughout the delabeler provide a series of vertically spaced pulsating jets (29) of non-caustic fluid to the containers while an initial drenching station (25) preconditions the labels prior to further processing and a drying station (107) provides a completely dry and clean container following the delabeling.
