  • Patent number: 10201893
Abstract: A striking-mechanism body of a handheld power tool at least a first part of the striking-mechanism body, having an impact surface and/or a lateral surface of a first material, and a second part of the striking-mechanism body of a second material, and the first material being more resistant than the second material in terms of at least one material characteristic, the striking-mechanism body being configured as a one-piece steel body so that the first material and the second material are the same, and the first material of the first part body undergoes a heat treatment that differs from that of the second material of the second part of the striking-mechanism body, or the first and the second materials are different, and the first and the second parts are joined together.

  • Publication number: 20180216338
Abstract: A method for producing an anchoring rail with a rail body and an anchoring body includes arranging a fastening body, which has an opening, in the interior of the rail body. The anchoring body is passed through a passage opening in the rail body and the anchoring body is connected in a cohesive manner to the fastening body and to the rail body at the same time in one joining process.

  • Patent number: 9879734
Abstract: The torque coupling has a shaft, a hollow shaft and a plurality of levers. The bearings of the levers are non-rotatably connected to the shaft and the levers are spring-loaded so as to be pressed against the hollow shaft. The levers are bent from a steel strip.

  • Publication number: 20170072552
Abstract: A tool holder for a rotating and chiseling portable power tool is disclosed. A hollow spindle surrounds, coaxially with a working axis, a receiving space for receiving a tool. The hollow spindle has at least one cutout in the radial direction. An insert is inserted into the cutout in the radial direction. The insert has a rib that protrudes into the receiving space in the radial direction. A channel is arranged within the cutout and extends along the working axis. The channel is open into the receiving space and is bounded by the insert and an inner face of the cutout.

  • Publication number: 20170043465
Abstract: A hand-held power tool 1 has a tool socket 2 to hold a tool 4 on a working axis 11, a motor 5 and a pneumatic striking mechanism 6. A driven shaft 7 is coupled to the tool socket 2 in order to rotate the tool around the working axis 11. A slip clutch 24 is arranged in the drive train between the motor 5 and the driven shaft 7. The slip clutch 24 has a disk 25 on the drive side and a disk 26 on the driven side. On a driving ring surface 28 that is in contact with the disk 26 on the driven side, the disk 25 on the drive side has first sectors 33 that have a high friction value as well as second sectors 34 that have a low friction value. On the driven ring surface 29 that is in contact with the driving ring surface 28, the disk 26 on the driven side has third sectors 35 that have a high friction value as well as fourth sectors 36 that have a low friction value.
