    Abstract: The disclosure concerns accurate axial and radial fastening of the bearings of, for instance, a bicycle pedal crank. An intermediate sleeve of deformable material is arranged between the outer race of the bearing on the shaft and the housing for the pedal crank. There is underdimensioning between the intermediate sleeve and the outer race, on the one hand, and the housing borehole on the other hand, and the outer race having teeth.
