Various embodiments provide systems, software, and method to maintain a first set of employee data in an employee object including an employee record for each employee, wherein the first set of employee data is valid across one or more other objects, and maintain a second set of employee data in an employment object in employment records. In some embodiments each employment record is relationally associated to single employee record and the second set of employee data is valid across one or more, but not all, other objects.
