  • Patent number: 10595968
Abstract: An apparatus for replicating a tooth within a user's mouth includes a threaded insert receivable with a bore in a wearer's jaw, the threaded insert having a first connector associated therewith and a tooth implant having a second connector. The first and second connectors are frictionally engageable with each other to retain the tooth implant within the user's mouth.

  • Patent number: 4630666
Abstract: For the preparation of dental prostheses, a casting device with a controllable casting valve on the melting crucible includes a bell, which bell can be raised and lowered and to which pressure and/or vacuum can be applied and in which several molds can be located; different operating sequences can be selected by means of an electrical control unit and, for instance independently of the casting process, pressure or vacuum can be applied to, for example, a model.

  • Patent number: 4488940
Abstract: For the production of dental replacement parts, a mold is produced from a starting model which mold is used for pouring a cast of the model with a low melting metal. After removal of the casting mold, this cast is inserted into a galvanic bath according to which the surfaces that are not to be coated, are covered up. At the exposed surfaces, a galvanic coating in the desired thickness is applied, whereupon the low melting metal is melted out. Dental replacement parts may be produced in this manner with a very high precision and considerable savings in material and operating time.
