  • Publication number: 20240115132
Abstract: A slit lamp microscope may include first and second arms rotatably provided on a main shaft; a microscope provided on the first arm and used to observe a subject's eyeball; a light source unit provided on the second arm and irradiating light including near-ultraviolet and visible light regions, including light with a wavelength of 405 nm, to the eyeball of a subject; a third arm rotatably provided on the main shaft; a camera provided on the main shaft and imaging the eyeball of the subject; an excitation filter that transmits only light with a wavelength of 405 nm that induces a fluorescence reaction in stained goblet cells among the light irradiated from the light source unit to the eyeball of the subject; and a light receiving filter that transmits only the light fluorescently reacted in the goblet cells among the light received by the camera.

  • Publication number: 20240118165
Abstract: Disclosed is a defocus curve measuring apparatus for a multifocal intraocular lens capable of automatically measuring an objective defocus curve. A defocus curve measuring apparatus for a multifocal intraocular lens according to an aspect of the present invention may include a light source passed through a target image for focusing; a first lens that infinitely refracts the focus as the light source passes through it; a beam splitter having a polarization function that passes p-polarized light of the light source that has passed through the first lens and reflects s-polarized light; an intraocular lens module that refracts the light source that has passed through the beam splitter as it passes, thereby determining the focus; and a camera that captures an image of s-polarized light reflected by the beam splitter after the light source reflected from a retina passes through the intraocular lens module.

  • Publication number: 20240118166
Abstract: An optical bench tester for a multifocal intraocular lens is disclosed. An optical bench tester for a multifocal intraocular lens according to an aspect of the present disclosure may include a resolution test chart; a plurality of optical systems that refract images irradiated from the resolution test chart; an electrically driven liquid lens unit provided at the rear of the optical system to control the refraction of light passing through; a model eye having a multifocal intraocular lens on which light transmitting through the electrically driven liquid lens unit is incident; a camera that captures light transmitted through the model eye; and a control unit that controls the electrically driven liquid lens unit to control the refractive index of the electrically driven liquid lens unit, and calculates a defocus curve by analyzing images captured through the camera.
