    Abstract: [Problem] To realize a predetermined “aseptic level of the containers” without introducing a container sterilizing machine and to reduce the burden for adjusting the temperature of the preform. [Means for Solution] A metal mold for molding, wherein a space width (t2) of at least the body portion in the space width for forming a thickness of from the body portion to the bottom portion of the preform is set to lie in a range of 1.18 to 2.11 times as great as a space width (t1) for forming a thickness of an upper end portion of the mouth portion of the preform. At the time of the compression molding, the preform is taken out in the state of a high temperature from a compression-molding machine 31 and is fed to a bottle-producing unit C while maintaining the state of a high temperature. Further, the inner surfaces of a clean box I in which the units are placed and the outer surfaces of the units are sterilized, and the interior of the clean box I maintains a positive-pressure state with the filtered clean air.

    Abstract: Apparatus for feeding molten resin includes a holding unit that moves on a track and at least a pair of holders capable of holding and releasing the molten resin accompanying the opening and closing of the holding unit. A base portion is utilized for supporting the holders so as to be opened and closed and for holding the molten resin together with the holders. The molten resin discharged from an extrusion-forming machine and cut by a cutter is held by the holding unit, and it fed from the holding unit to a female mold of a compression-0molding machine. At the time of cutting the molten resin, a cutter mark is formed by the cutter on a cut surface of the molten resin.

    Abstract: An extrusion feed device for a composite resin capable of forming a composite resin extruded material having a variety of layer configurations not necessarily symmetrical. A plurality of cylindrical flow passages (3) and (4) for feeding a molten resin, an opening/closing valve (7) capable of opening/closing a center flow passage (36) and a cylindrical flow passage (4a), and a center opening/closing valve (39) capable of opening/closing the center flow passage are provided at the upstream side end part (2a) of a discharge passage (2) for delivering the composite resin extruded material. A main resin (30a) forming an outside layer is always fed from the cylindrical flow passage (3), and the other molten resin (30b) and/or (30c) as an auxiliary resin is fed, at a proper timing, from the cylindrical flow passage (4) and the center flow passage (36) on the inside into the molten resin (30a) on the outside by controlling the opening/closing valve (7) or the center opening/closing valve (39).

    Abstract: [Problems] To provide an apparatus for feeding resin capable of extinguishing angular traces formed at both end portions of the cutter mark or of preventing the angular traces from extending up to the side wall of the body portion of the preform at the time of forming a preform. [Means for Solution] An apparatus for feeding molten resin to a compression-molding machine, including a holding unit 17 that rotates on a track, the holding unit 17 having a pair of holders 22 and 23 capable of holding and releasing the molten resin. When the molten resin is cut by a cutter, a linear cutter mark 29 is formed on the cut surface of the resin in a direction at right angles with the direction in which the molten resin is cut. Protruded portions 32 and 33 are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the holders 22 and 23 to deform the end portions of the cutter mark 29 toward the inside of the cutter mark when the molten resin is held by the pair of holders 22 and 23.
