  • Patent number: 11955664
Abstract: A battery module includes an insulating base, a pair of electrodes and multiple battery packs. Each electrode is installed to the insulating base and has a bridge portion and a wire connecting part exposed from the insulating base, and a pair of lugs is extended smoothly from each battery pack, and an end of at least a part of the lugs is attached to each bridge portion correspondingly. Therefore, the lug is not being twisted or deformed easily, and the battery module may have good conductive efficiency, long service life, and convenience of changing the battery pack.

  • Publication number: 20210384568
Abstract: A battery-cell heat transfer structure and a battery module. includes a battery cell in a flat shape and a heat transfer layer attached on the battery cell. The heat transfer layer includes two plate portions arranged spaced apart and facing each other and multiple elastic portions arranged between the two plate portions. Each of the elastic portions is extended along a same direction between the two plate portions, so that an air flow channel is formed from top to bottom between each two adjacent elastic portions. The heat transfer layer provides an elastic restoring force and can be a corrugated board.

  • Publication number: 20140255747
Abstract: A heat dissipating module with a good heat dissipating effect is disclosed. The structure includes a metal shell, at least one battery cell, and an elastic body. The metal shell has an accommodating space, and one side of the accommodating is an opening. A top cover is disposed on the opening, and the top cover has a plural of grooves. The battery cell is disposed in the accommodating space, and has an anode tab and a cathode tab on a top of the battery cell. The anode tab and cathode tab are exposed out of the grooves. The elastic body is disposed at a lateral side of the battery cell. The elastic body pushes the battery cell for the battery cell leaning against the metal shell with most surface area thereof.
