    Abstract: A device includes a transistor, a backside via, and a pair of sidewall spacers. The transistor includes a gate structure, a channel layer surrounded by the gate structure, and a first source/drain structure and a second source/drain structure connected to the channel layer. The backside via is under and connected to the first source/drain structure and includes a first portion, a second portion between the first portion and the first source/drain structure, and a third portion tapering from the first portion to the second portion in a cross-sectional view. The pair of sidewall spacers are on opposite sidewalls of the second portion of the backside via but not on opposite sidewalls of the first portion of the backside via.

    Abstract: In some examples, a computing device may include a heatsink, a thermal spreader, a first thermal pad located between the heatsink and the thermal spreader, a circuit board comprising a plurality of components, and a second thermal pad located between the thermal spreader and the circuit board. A plurality of standoffs may be located between the heatsink and the circuit board. Each standoff of the plurality of standoffs may pass through a corresponding spring of a plurality of springs and pass through a corresponding mounting hole of a plurality of mounting holes in the thermal spreader. Each screw of a plurality of screws may engage with a corresponding standoff of the plurality of standoffs. The plurality of springs may cause the thermal spreader and the second thermal pad to a relatively uniform amount of pressure to each component of the plurality of components.

A sensor detects engagement of the rail clip at the rail and signals extending members that extend outward from the rail clip to press against the rail. At disengagement of the rail clip from the rail, the extending members retract to release the rail for removal of the information handling system. In one embodiment, the sensor and extending members are integrated in the information handling system to support extension and retraction with commands through the information handling system, such as by network communications.

The excitation element includes a feed line with a first distal end and a second distal end with first and second arms extending from the second distal end, wherein one of the first or second arms is shorter than the other such that the excitation element forms an asymmetrical T shape. The length of the first and second arms determines at least two modes of operation of the antenna. The parasitic element wraps around the asymmetrical T shape and includes a length configured to provide another mode of operation of the antenna.

The shielding device comprises a first case and a second case. The first case comprises a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure. The second case is mounted on the circuit board and includes a frame and a first slot. The frame forms an opening. When the first case is connected with the second case, the second limiting structure can move along a first direction to a bottom of the frame and is prevented from moving along a second direction. The first slot corresponds to the first limiting structure to allow the first limiting structure to be inserted into the first slot along the first direction and the first limiting structure is prevented from moving along the second direction.
