  • Patent number: 11737732
Abstract: An ultrasonic imaging method and an ultrasonic imaging system are provided herein. The ultrasonic imaging system includes: a scanning assembly having an ultrasonic transducer to send ultrasonic signals to a tissue to be scanned and acquire a plurality of ultrasonic echo signals at a plurality of positions; a processor to receive the plurality of ultrasonic echo signals acquired at the plurality of positions, and generate an ultrasonic image corresponding to each of the plurality of positions; a display to display the ultrasonic images; and a user input unit to select the ultrasonic image corresponding to any specific position and send an input signal that is configured to control movement of the ultrasonic transducer, driven by a driving device, to the specific position. Also provided in the present invention is an ultrasonic imaging method using the system.

  • Publication number: 20230016097
Abstract: To document features of interest observed in a scanning procedure, after the images have been obtained the technician reviews the images on the imaging system and places virtual markers on the images (i.e., the 2D image or 3D volume) created by the imaging system. The virtual markers identify the type and location of the various features of interest observed during the imaging or scanning procedure and are placed directly on the images. Notes can also be added to the images, such as with regard to each of the virtual markers placed on the image. These virtual markers and optional notes communicate additional information regarding the patient and the image in a direct, efficient and comprehensive manner directly to the physician during later review of the images which would not be readily discernable solely from the image.

  • Publication number: 20220202395
Abstract: Methods and systems for ultrasonic imaging are provided. One method includes obtaining ultrasonic data about tissue to be imaged, generating an ultrasonic image based on the ultrasonic data, determining an anatomical region corresponding to the ultrasonic image, and generating a first visual indication reflecting the anatomical region corresponding to the ultrasonic image. The method further includes determining a quality level of the ultrasonic image, and generating a second visual indication reflecting the quality level of the ultrasonic image. The method also includes sending a first signal to a display device so that the display device simultaneously displays the ultrasonic image, the first visual indication, and the second visual indication.

  • Patent number: 9268814
Abstract: Changes to a hierarchical organizational structure may be stored in different versions of a data structure depicting the hierarchical organizational structure. Each of these versions may include a validity period field representing a time period that the hierarchical organizational structure depicted in the version accurately reflects the organizational structure of the organization. Each of the versions may also be designated as active or inactive. In some instances, each of the versions may be designated as inactive except for a version that reflects the organizational structure of the organization at a particular time, which may change over time. Historical copies of versions may be stored and subsequently recalled to identify an organizational structure that was in effect at a particular time in the past. The recalled version may then be used to limit the results of a query to a selected node of the historical organizational structure.
