Abstract: A heterojunction cell and a processing method thereof, and a battery assembly are provided. The heterojunction cell includes a substrate, a TCO film layer is provided on both a front surface and a back surface of the substrate, and at least two columns of short main gates with the same number are disposed at intervals on the TCO film layer of both the front surface and the back surface of the substrate, the short main gates located on the front surface of the substrate are defined as first main gates; the short main gates located on the back surface of the substrate are defined as second main gates; and the substrate is capable of being cut to form battery slices, each of the battery slices is provided with one column of the first main gates and one column of the second main gates.

Abstract: Provided is a packaging method for a solar cell module and a solar cell module. The method includes: a cell acquisition step: acquiring cells that are printed with fine gate lines and without a main gate line or that only include fine main gate lines; a cell connecting step: connecting any two of the cells by a welding strip to obtain a plurality of cell strings, wherein connecting any two cells by a welding strip includes fixing the welding strip on the cells by a colloid, the welding strip is enabled to make direct contact with the fine gate lines on the corresponding cells, and each cell string includes a plurality of cells; a cell string packaging step: typesetting the plurality of cell strings, and welding bus bars to obtain a cell string laminate; and a cell string laminate packaging step: heating and laminating the cell string laminate.
