  • Publication number: 20240091507
Abstract: A looped wire is provided for placing an endograft into a blood vessel. The looped wire comprising a flexible guidewire with one or more loops distributed along its length. The one or more loops have an inner diameter that is larger than the thickness of a suture or wire for threading the suture or wire through. The one or more loops is adapted for sliding along the suture or wire. Endograft system comprising the looped wire, and methods of using the looped wire are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11504222
Abstract: A branched graft method includes securing a first end of a branch graft into a first conduit and subsequently moving the second end into a second conduit. The first conduit may be a branch vessel, such as a renal artery and the second conduit may be a main graft that extends over an aortic aneurysm. The branch graft may be deployed starting at an offset distance from the first end, thereby preventing the deployed portion from insertion into the first conduit and predetermining the insertion length into the target vessel. The first end may then be deployed to secure the first end to the first conduit. A branch graft may be a self-expanding stent graft having one or more ripcords, and/or a serpentine ripcord that enables non-linear deployment of the branch graft, or deployment that does not progress from one end to the opposing end.

  • Patent number: 4206630
Abstract: A sample chamber for a gas analyzer for use in a duct containing gases to be analyzed is disclosed and includes a flow directing apparatus formed by a pair of spaced members which form a passage therebetween in the form of a converging diverging throat and an outer housing at least partially surrounding the flow directing apparatus. This outer housing has at least a pair of apertures and is movable by a suitable apparatus between one position in which the outer housing apertures are generally aligned with the flow directing passage and another position in which the outer housing apertures are spaced from the passage with non-apertured portions of the outer housing positioned across the ends of that passage.

  • Patent number: 3942077
Abstract: By providing an input/output panel housing which is readily connectible to adjacent housings and which cooperates with up to four removable input/output modules, a completely expandable, modularized input/output panel construction is achieved. Each housing accommodates up to four "plug-in" input/output modules, and is constructed so that the wiring from the equipment being controlled is connected directly to fixed terminals and need not be removed when the input/output modules are removed or replaced. Since each housing is readily connectible to adjacent housings, the input/output panel board construction of this invention is completely flexible and readily expandable to meet any desired operational needs.
