  • Publication number: 20230021133
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for AI-based robotic automation for persuasive references. In one novel aspect, a robotic persuasive reference is generated based on a prospect product-service (P_PS) matrix, which is generated based on predictive analysis using DNN model and dynamically obtained feedbacks. In one embodiment, the DNN model is trained with customer personal profiles against associated PS revenues for each customer data set. In one embodiment, the predictive analysis uses a decision tree classifier. In one embodiment, the computer system detects one or more predefined triggering events comprising feedback information for the robotic persuasive reference and one or more predefined lifetime events, updates the P_PS matrix based and the robotic persuasive reference accordingly. In one embodiment, the feedback information is a sentiment analysis on responses from the prospect.

  • Publication number: 20230013635
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall comprises one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. Further, by providing a plurality of attachment points between the actuator and the frame (and/or between the actuator and a support), the adjustable-incline climbing wall may be provided with a wider range of incline angles, as well as increased control over those angles.

  • Patent number: 11556987
Abstract: An electronic trading system including various rules is described herein. Many of the rules relate to implementing periods of exclusive priority in trading. For example, in one of the rules, an exclusive period of trading may be controlled by an aggressor and a designated passive participant. The aggressor may have exclusive rights on his side of the trade at a particular price point for a particular time. The aggressor may elect to change the price point at which he controls the trade to a new price point which is more favorable to him. Thereafter, another participant may assume the exclusivity of the trade by entering the trade on the same side of the aggressor at the old price point. In so doing, the other participant also preferably truncates the aggressor's exclusivity at the new price point.

  • Patent number: 11558434
Abstract: Call spoofing can be mitigated by providing geolocation information to the called device. For example, when a call rings, a geolocator can be invoked and the incoming call display screen can show a carrier logo and/or a geolocator globe illustrating the location of the call originator. The geolocation session initiation protocol data can be confirmed by a network device and compared against carrier specific data of the calling device to authenticate voice calls for called devices. In one embodiment location data of the calling device can purposely be shared in order to facilitate the mitigation of call spoofing.
