    Abstract: An automated skimmer system includes a skimmer mouth comprising a conveyor ledge, a conveyor at least partially disposed under the conveyor ledge having a paddle wheel and a water-porous conveyor belt disposed about the paddle wheel, a conveyor debris collector disposed lower than the conveyor at a discharge end of the conveyor having a vacuum connection port, and a vacuum fluidly connected to the vacuum connection port. Water entering the skimmer mouth falls off the conveyor ledge, through the conveyor belt, onto the paddle wheel causing the paddle wheel to rotate and the conveyor belt to direct debris toward the conveyor debris collector for automated removal. The vacuum may be activated according to a predetermined interval, a predetermined schedule, or based on level sensor data to ensure that the automated skimmer system does not become clogged, without requiring manual intervention.

    Abstract: A portable bag hanging apparatus may easily and securely attach to a wider variety of objects and enables more diverse use cases. The bag hanging apparatus includes a catch end and attachment end connected by first and second connectors made of soft, crushable, and collapsible material. The connectors may be secured between two objects with an interference fit while the catch end provides additional retention. Alternatively, the connectors may be wedged between two objects with something less than an interference fit, relying instead on the catch end to secure it in place. All exposed portions of the portable bag hanging apparatus are composed of soft material that is quiet when it comes into contact with other objects. In addition, the portable bag hanging apparatus is small, foldable, and virtually indestructible such that it may be easily stored and transported without risk of damaging it during travel.

The use of top-tensioned subsea well tieback risers supported by the movable wellbay allows the converted facility to drill, complete, maintain, improve and produce from subsea wells through dry trees.
