    Abstract: In general, a bin of the present invention comprises a base portion, opposing first and second side walls, an end wall and an access gate. The side walls are connected to the base portion and extend upwardly therefrom. The end wall is connected to a rearward edge of the base portion and extends upwardly therefrom between the first and second side wall. The access gate includes first and second leg members and at least one article retainer. The first leg member is operatively connected to a forward edge of the base portion, adjacent the first side wall, and extends generally upwardly from the base portion. The second leg member is operatively connected to a forward edge of the base portion, adjacent the second side wall, and extends generally upwardly from the base portion. The first and second leg members define the left and right margins of an access opening in the gate. The article retainer has a first end and a second end.
