  • Patent number: 7836793
Abstract: An article for enabling disconnection of a closure from a container, and the output of sound thereupon. The article includes a closure capture enabling element, for enabling capture of the closure, and a handle, connected to the closure capture enabling element, for enabling movement of the closure capture enabling element for capture, disconnection, and removal of the closure thereby relative to the container. It also includes a sound outputting circuit, for enabling sound to be outputted upon capture and movement of the closure in a direction for enabling disconnection of the closure from the container, and a sound outputting actuation enabling element, for enabling actuation of the sound outputting element.

  • Patent number: 4777996
Abstract: A plastic base for use with a cylindrical flask for the elimination of wax patterns prepared for making metal castings by the lost wax process is identified. The base is made of a plastic material which is used in place of conventionally found rubber bases. The base is constructed of a thin-walled resilient plastic material and allows for direct set up of the wax patterns, as well as increased speed in the preparation of the plaster mold in the cylinder for making metal castings. The plastic base comprises an inner annular raised platform comprising a shoulder and the cylindrical flask is pressed on the shoulder deforming the plastic about the bottom edge of the flask to form a seal between the base and flask.

  • Patent number: 4767000
Abstract: A display and packaging box formed from a blank includes a bottom wall; first and second end walls extending upward from the bottom wall and defining with the bottom wall an upwardly open container, each end wall having an upper edge; a cover flap pivotally connected to one of the upper edges for movement between a closed position in covering relation to the open container and an open position to permit access to the open container; a display flap pivotally connected to the other of the upper edges for movement between a display position extending above the cover flap when the latter is in the closed position and a packaging position between the bottom wall and the cover flap; the display flap including mounting formations for securely mounting an object thereto such that the object is displayed when the display flap is in the display position and is safely contained in the box when the display flap is in the packaging position; side walls pivotally connected with the end walls for maintaining the display fla
