Abstract: A wet cleaning device having a controller with shut-off valve, an extension bar, and a cleaning element is provided to supply instant fluid supply for wet cleaning, wherein the fluid supply is delivered from a pressurized inlet fluid source to the outlet of the cleaning element through an internal and an external channel. The components are connected with various couplers including threads and multiple stage-couplings, secured with a lock element and a non-round over-wrap element. A splash guard is located on the components for preventing from fluid splashing, and various cleaning elements are presented with the cleaning heads and the fluid collecting chamber, wherein the cleaning heads include plurality of bristles and pads as cleaning material.

The device also includes a structure having various means and configurations as well as decorative figures.

Abstract: The invention relates to a toilet seat affording hygienic environment by adding a water splash guard on the toilet seat. The water spray guard protects water escaping through the gap between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl by covering and rerouting the water flow into the toilet bowl when the water splash occurs. It is comprised of a strip element that is located on the underbody of the toilet seat and surrounds the partial or complete inner opening to cover the gap. The strip element is attached or molded to the conventional toilet seat, and its number can be increased for more protection and ornamentation. The invention also relates to a toilet seat having an inward slope on the top surface to facilitate the water flowing into the toilet bowl.

Abstract: The present invention is a vehicle stability system that affords safe turn with higher speed as well as maximum brake performance and resists rollover by using one or more electrical and mechanical modes to shift the center of gravity of the vehicle into a more stable position in the event of a turn condition. A preferred embodiment of the present invention utilizes an active tilt control to tilt the vehicle in the opposite direction to the vehicle's natural inclination to tilt. A second preferred embodiment utilizes a shifting weight, that is a ballast or any heavy part of the vehicle to move the center of gravity toward to side of the vehicle tending to lift up during a tilt condition. The first and second preferred embodiments can be used alone or in a combination to create a more dynamic stable condition for the vehicle in turn mode.

Abstract: The invention relates to a toilet system affording hygienic environment by attachment of a hand held sprayer and additional features on the existing toilet system. The hand held sprayer that delivers water spray comprises a reinforced flexible hose, a filter to eliminate the pollutants in the water, a valve to regulate the flow, a mixing valve that supplies tempered water, a T-adapter assembly to tap water from an existing plumbing fixture, a holder assembly for placement of the sprayer with various positions using an adjustable bracket, and a hose hanger for arrangement of the hose. The new features include a toilet seat having a water splash guard on underbody of the seat and a filler element around the bracket to offset the inclined toilet lid.

The valve housing body containing the stem assembly is secured with a bottom cover with a ring seal and a top cover which is adjustably placed to lock the ring seal to achieve the sealing and the appropriate movement of the stem assembly.

The multi-purpose hand held sprayer that incorporates a manual shut-off valve delivers various patterns of water spray via an extension bar and a spray tip, which further employs a flexible hose, a valve to regulate the flow, a Y-adapter assembly to supply water from an existing plumbing fixture, a hose hanger mounted on the existing toilet fasteners, a holder for placing the sprayer, and a holder for placing lavatory items. The new features include an improved toilet seat having an additional opening with guidelines and an embedded fortifying element at the frontal area for facilitating placement of the sprayer, a toilet bowl having the same guidelines, and an improved water tank together with its lid having cutouts at the edges and holes on the side wall for mounting the holders.
