Abstract: A method includes operating a wellsite apparatus at a wellsite utilizing mechanical energy or electricity produced at least in part from hydrogen in a fuel source comprising hydrogen. Utilizing mechanical energy or electricity produced at least in part from the hydrogen in the fuel source comprising hydrogen can further include: (a) converting the hydrogen in the fuel source to electricity in one or more fuel cells and utilizing the electricity to operate the wellsite apparatus; and/or (b) combusting the hydrogen in the fuel source in a power generation apparatus to produce electricity and utilizing the electricity to operate the wellsite apparatus; and/or (c) combusting the hydrogen in the fuel source to produce mechanical energy and utilizing the mechanical energy to operate the wellsite apparatus. A system for carrying out the method is also provided.

Abstract: It is desirable to improve a longevity and reliability of a substrate used within an IC package. By modifying a design of the one or more layout masks used to create planes within a substrate, the resulting planes may have a non-straight pattern on the edges of each plane and may include a predetermined pattern of open spaces filled with dielectric materials in each plane. The improved mechanical strength of the patterned planes can effectively compensate the effect of mismatched thermal expansion during IC testing and deployment, resulting in increased durability and longevity of the package substrates.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an integrated circuit device that includes a RDL that is interlocked with a bump (or “pillar”). The interlocked interface provides the contact RDL-bump interface with increased structural stability that can better withstand the thermal stresses associated with high performance devices IC devices. The interlock structure mitigates crack/delamination that occurs at the RDL-bump interface in large IC chips that are generally subjected to higher stresses during operation.
