Abstract: The current invention includes a beverage container with an integrally molded handle. Housed within the handle sits a retractable, sliding straw track. The straw track adjusts along the length of a straw track housing located in the handle to substantially seal the jug and adjust an internal, flexible beverage straw. The straw may be connected, via placeholder loops, at intervals along the sidewall of a jug. The straw may extend to a base of the jug, allowing a consumer to create an internal vacuum through a mouthpiece. The mouthpiece end of the straw may be sealed and secured in a substantially fixed position within the jug when the straw track and the cover are in the closed position and is exposed through the neck of the jug when the straw track and the cover are in the opened position.

Abstract: This invention is an exercise apparatus that relates to the field of exercise. The apparatus is easily attached to an exercise bench and eliminates the need to have an exercise partner present when attempting to maximize the resistance of medicine ball crunches on a declined exercise bench. The apparatus contains a circular frame with a flexible, resilient mat in the center that is being held in place with helically wound coil springs. Such frame is connected to an exterior frame with two arms, left and right that extend outward and then smoothly curve downward towards a mutual base. Each arm on the external frame has a rotation point and the right arm contains an angle adjustment device. The apparatus contains three adjustable height levels as well as an impact support bracket.

Abstract: The present invention is an improvement to reinforce the corrugated cardboard container. More specifically, the invention reinforces the base of such containers, thus, allowing them to bear a much heavier weight load without breaking apart. The invention utilizes a cross-sectional reinforcement system with hooks and loops at its base to achieve such durability.

The apparatus is a freestanding machine with the primary purpose of exercising the lower abdominal muscles, although other muscle groups may be exercised secondarily. The primary muscles targeted include the rectus abdominis and the tendinous inscriptions. The following muscles may be exercised secondarily while either engaged in lower abdominal exercises or while performing exercises specific to each muscle group: the tensor fasciae, rectus femoris and the vastus lateralis; the biceps femoris, adductor magnus, semitendinosus gracillis and semimembranosus; the gluteus medialis and the gluteus maximus; thoracolumbar fascia and the erector spinae, triceps brachii.

Abstract: This invention is an exercise apparatus that relates to the field of exercise. The apparatus is user worn and primarily targets the lower region of the abdominal muscles, the lower portions of the rectus abdominis and obliquus internus. It is composed of 11 parts, 2 one size fits all foot pieces, 1 waist strap, 1 bench attachment, 4 easy-turn hand bolts and 3 elastic resistance bands. When used the invention generates the resistance needed to successfully exercise the lower abdominal region.

Abstract: An indoor golf driving range within a pressurized tent cover having a target backstop in the center with a driving range on each side with a system for collecting and returning balls to a specific point for reuse. The target is positioned and marked to show if the ball hitting the target has the proper loft with the particular hitting club used. The target backstop may be electrically wired to indicate by lights where it is contacted by a driven golf ball.
