  • Publication number: 20260112041
Abstract: As disclosed herein, a computer-implemented method for object tracking is provided. The computer-implemented method may include capturing, by a first client device, an image of a second client device. The computer-implemented method may include determining, by a sensor associated with the second client device, a position of the second client device within a physical space surrounding the first and the second client devices. The computer-implemented method may include labeling the image of the second client device with the position of the second client device. The computer-implemented method may include adding the image to a training dataset. The computer-implemented method may include training, based on the training dataset, a model configured to determine an object position within a field of view of the first client device. A system and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250063252
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods related to an image capture device and one or more processors. The image capture device can capture one or more images. The one or more processors can determine that a parameter, such as gain or exposure, of the one or more images satisfies a threshold and cause the image capture device to reduce a frame rate of detecting the one or more images responsive to the parameter satisfying the threshold.

  • Publication number: 20240169681
Abstract: A handheld controller for an artificial-reality system may include a top cover having a surface surrounded by a perimeter. The surface has a digit-occluded region on which a digit of a user of the handheld controller can be placed and a different region separated from the digit-occluded region. A first illumination source is disposed within the digit-occluded region at a first position along the perimeter of the top cover. The first position is visible to a camera of the artificial-reality system while the handheld controller has one of a first set of orientations. A second illumination source is disposed within the digit-occluded region at a second position along the perimeter of the top cover while the handheld controller has one of a second set of orientations. A third illumination source is disposed within the different region at a third position away and distinct from the perimeter on the surface.

  • Publication number: 20230132644
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes accessing an image comprising a handheld device, the image being captured by one or more cameras associated with the computing device, generating a cropped image that comprises a hand of a user or the handheld device from the image by processing the image using a first machine-learning model, generating a vision-based 6DoF pose estimation for the handheld device by processing the cropped image, metadata associated with the image, and first sensor data from one or more sensors associated with the handheld device using a second machine-learning model, generating a motion-sensor-based 6DoF pose estimation for the handheld device by integrating second sensor data from the one or more sensors associated with the handheld device, and generating a final 6DoF pose estimation for the handheld device based on the vision-based 6DoF pose estimation and the motion-sensor-based 6DoF pose estimation.

  • Publication number: 20110145643
Abstract: A test framework architecture that separates the generation of random test actions from test execution and provides a way to record the state of the system under test at user controlled intervals. This saved state is used to bring the test system to the last known state before failure and then execute the much smaller set of actions to the point of failure, thus requiring shorter run time. Given the same time constraints, this enables the execution of this smaller set more frequently, providing better bug fix verification and shorter reproduction time.

  • Publication number: 20020137460
Abstract: A universal multi-band (5 bands or more) RF remote control unit using Bluetooth radio module (a low cost device operating at 2.4 GHz) as the base. It is a keyless, transportable, and low cost unit which can replace most of the conventional individual, in-compatible remote control units with a single universal unit.

  • Patent number: 6428818
Abstract: The invention described herein encompasses methods and compositions of treating cancer or solid tumors comprising the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of catechins, a group of polyphenols found in green tea, to a mammal in need of such therapy. Compositions of catechins include but not limited to, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg), epicatechin (EC), epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin (EGC). The unique compositions of the invention contain various combinations of the catechins with reduced levels of EGCg, alone or in combination with each other or other therapeutic agents and are used to treat primary and metastatic cancers in humans. The invention also encompasses the varying modes of administration of the therapeutic compounds.
