    Abstract: A fluorescent lamp has a transparent electrically conductive indium oxide coating on the inner surface of the fluorescent lamp bulb. A transparent coating of finely powdered titania is disposed on the conductive coating to improve its conductivity and a transparent protective coating of finely powdered aluminum oxide is then disposed on the titania coating.
