    Abstract: A directable light device particularly suited for surgical or other medical use wherein preferably three 12 volt halogen lamps with built in dichroic reflectors are mounted in high impact polycarbonate molded receptacles each providing at least two annular vents to remove heat generated by the bulb through a coaxial louvered opening in the back of the housing. Light from the bulbs is also passed through filter means.
