  • Patent number: 11860726
Abstract: According to an aspect, a (recommendation) system constructs a knowledge graph based on problem descriptors and remediation actions contained in multiple incident reports previously received from a performance management (PM) system. Each problem descriptor and remediation action in an incident report are represented as corresponding start node and end node in the knowledge graph, with a set of qualifier entities in the incident report represented as causal links between the start node and the end node. Upon receiving an incident report related to an incident identified by the PM system, the system extracts a problem descriptor and a set of qualifier entities. The system traverses the knowledge graph starting from a start node corresponding to the extracted problem descriptor using the set of qualifier entities to determine end nodes representing a set of remediation actions. The system provides the set of remediation actions as recommendations for resolving the incident.

  • Publication number: 20230316371
Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program for generating recommendations using stacked models is provided. The present invention may include receiving a first dataset pertaining to a territory plan associated with a user and a second dataset pertaining to prospective-based data. The present invention may then include detecting a plurality of target variables associated with the B2B party within the first and second datasets. The present invention may further include determining a convergence of at least two target variables of the plurality of target variables. The present invention may further include generating a product recommendation associated with the B2B party based on the convergence.

  • Patent number: 6938050
Abstract: A content management system is provided including a plurality of tables forming a tree-based hierarchy for storing information such as item information. An information retrieval interface is provided to facilitate retrieval of information from the tree-based table hierarchy. The number of cursors employed for retrieving information is dynamically variable with the number of tables in the hierarchy. Advantageously, the content management system permits tables to be added or appended to the initial tree-based table hierarchy after the database is created. The number of cursors is dynamically varied to accommodate the additional cursors needed to query the additional table or tables.

  • Patent number: 6214297
Abstract: The present invention provides a high-voltage pulse generation system particularly suited for Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) treatment of food products. The system includes, for example, a power source, an energy storage component in circuit communication with the power source and for storing energy from the power source, a plurality of switches for opening and closing periodically to discharge the energy storage component, and a load comprising at least one Pulse Electric Field (PEF) treatment chamber in which biological cells are subjected to PEF treatment. The power source charges energy storage component and a trigger device appropriates triggers the opening and closing of the switches. The switches may arranged in any one of a number of configurations including, for example, an H-bridge switch configuration where the load is in circuit communication with the switches through the bridge portion of the H-bridge. Additionally, a plurality of energy storage component arrangements are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5690978
Abstract: A pulsed electric field treatment device for the sterilization and preservation of pumpable food products having a at least two electrodes and an insulator and particularly suited for the inactivation of vegetative and bacterial spore microorganisms. Each electrode includes an electrode flow chamber for making electrical contact with the pumpable food product and for allowing the pumpable food product to flow through the treatment device. The insulator is situated between the electrodes and includes an insulator flow chamber positioned between the electrode flow chambers and provides for the flow of pumpable food product from one electrode flow chamber to the other. A high voltage pulse generator applies a high voltage signal of variable voltage, frequency and pulse duration to the electrodes. The electrode and insulator flow chambers may employ a variety of sectional and cross-sectional geometries including tubular, cylindrical, rectangular, elliptical and non-uniform design.
