  • Publication number: 20240348608
Abstract: Identity proofing and standardized authorization that enables a managed service provider, or any external organization, to provide authentication and authorization services to a target organization based on verified credentials connected to decentralized identifiers. The managed service provider issues verified credentials to the target organization's entities and handles entity onboarding, device credential enrollment, device credential re-enrollment, entity offboarding and device credential disablement. The target organization uses the managed service provider's verified credentials as the primary authentication credential to authenticate entities and to access claims carried in the credential. The decentralized nature of the entity identifiers allows for a separation of identity management duties between the managed service and the target organization. Claim templates are also outlined that allow for the inclusion of standardized claims in the verified credential.

  • Publication number: 20240347148
Abstract: A client device presents a user interface including a macro entry field for defining a macro indicator from a plurality of macro indicators and transmits the macro indicator. A server stores a database of macro-based diagnoses, each macro-based diagnosis associated with one or more elements of an accession, and one or more specimens associated with the accession. The server also receives the macro indicator from the client device, retrieves an initial diagnosis from the database of macro-based diagnoses responsive to the macro indicator, and transmits the initial diagnosis. The client device, receives the initial diagnosis, pre-populates one or more text boxes on the user interface with information from the initial diagnosis, and enables the user to edit the pre-populated one or more text boxes.

  • Publication number: 20240338283
Abstract: The disclosure provides an approach for formally verifying a state machine replication protocol (SMRP) based on a model SMRP, and deploying a distributed system, such as a blockchain, that runs using the formally verified SMRP. The approach provides a verifier that models the SMRP within a model distributed system. Modeling includes modeling actions by model components of the model distributed system so as to transition state of the model SMRP, and then verifying that applicable invariants hold true after the state transition. As long as the model and actual SMRPs are logically equivalent, then launching an actual SMRP based on the model SMRP should preserve formally verified byzantine fault tolerance within the actual SMRP of the distributed system.

Abstract: The present application includes a composition comprising a non-racemic mixture a compound of Formula (R)-I, or a salt and/or solvate thereof, and (S)-I, or a salt and/or solvate thereof: wherein (R)-I, or a salt and/or solvate thereof, is present in the composition in a greater amount by enantiomeric equivalents, relative to (S)-I, or a salt and/or solvate thereof. Also included are methods of using these compositions for treating, for example, a psychiatric disorder. The compounds of Formula (R)-I and (S)-I include the enantiomers of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and N-methyl-1,3-benzodioxolylbutanamine (MBDB). Also included in the present application is a method for treating various diseases, disorders or conditions using a therapeutically effective amount of (R)-MDMA, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or solvate thereof.

  • Patent number: 12110495
Abstract: The present invention provides recombinant DNA constructs, vectors and molecules comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding a florigenic FT protein operably linked to a vegetative stage promoter, which may also be a meristem-preferred or meristem-specific promoter. Transgenic plants, plant cells and tissues, and plant parts are further provided comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding a florigenic FT protein. Transgenic plants comprising a florigenic FT transgene may produce more bolls, siliques, fruits, nuts, or pods per node on the transgenic plant, particularly on the main stem of the plant, relative to a control or wild type plant. Methods are further provided for introducing a florigenic FT transgene into a plant, and planting transgenic FT plants in the field including at higher densities. Transgenic plants of the present invention may thus provide greater yield potential than wild type plants and may be planted at a higher density due to their altered plant architecture.
