Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for a leave-on type mask sheet including a fluorinated compound and saponin as a self-foaming agent. The cosmetic composition for a leave-on type mask sheet includes a fluorinated compound and saponin as a self-foaming agent, and thus can provide a cleansing effect, such as an effect of removing sebum or waste. In addition, since the cosmetic composition includes saponin instead of a chemical surfactant, it can reduce side effects, such as skin irritation, alleviate inconvenience of washing-off after using the mask sheet, and improve a moisturizing effect by virtue of elimination of the washing-off procedure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a solar light voltage, which is capable of decreasing an output stage voltage of an AC EMC filter by connecting a load to an output stage of the AC EMC filter. The apparatus includes: a DC filter configured to receive a DC voltage from a DC solar module and reduce a noise of the DC voltage; an inverter configured to convert the DC voltage with the reduced noise into an AC voltage; and an AC filter configured to reduce a noise of the AC voltage and output the AC voltage with the reduced noise to a power system through an output stage.

The cosmetic composition contains volatile oil instead of a fluorine compound, and thus provides a cleansing effect, such as removing sebum and waste substances, and a skin care effect, such as sebum improvement or skin texture improvement, through bubbles by a self-foaming function.
