Patent number: 8418994Abstract: An improved hot-cold inlet pipe structure includes an external-threaded pipe and an internal pipe forming an integrated piping structure. The internal pipe extends outwardly a wrapping section that covers a plurality of threaded openings of the external pipe. The internal pipe is composed of non-toxic materials that include plastic materials that are high resistance to pressure and climate change. The internal pipe also reduces the use of metallic materials and does not release of toxic chemical to water stream. A depressed section of the interior of a top of end of the inlet pipe includes a receiving chamber, the receiving chamber includes an opening that includes numerous slots. The slots receive a control valve unit such that the slots mesh with the control valve unit. This design is also beneficial in the manufacturing of the inlet pipe.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2010Date of Patent: April 16, 2013Assignee: Chung Cheng Faucet Co., LtdInventors: Hsi Chia Ko, Jui Feng Ko

Publication number: 20120097279Abstract: An improved faucet structure includes an inlet pipe having a main metallic pipe and a non-toxic pressure and climate resistant plastic holding chamber that can be interchangeably used by multiple products. The main metallic pipe includes a ring groove with a larger diameter as a limiting element on the side thereof. The ring groove includes one or more holes thereon to further couple with even a larger diameter item. The holding chamber includes a connecting pipe disposed at a bottom end of thereof. The chamber includes two or more external leakage rings, and the rings are closely coupled to the internal wall of the main metallic pipe. This assembly reduces the needs of relying all metallic pipes, and the holding chamber is capable connecting to other faucet assemblies.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 22, 2010Publication date: April 26, 2012Applicant: CHUNG CHENG FAUCET CO., LTD.Inventors: Hsi Chia KO, Jui Feng KO

Patent number: 7467753Abstract: A connecting tube structure comprises a connecting tube, screw nuts, check valves, and a rotary water-sealing device wherein the connecting tube has a stop plate at one end to mount to a grooved seat of the rotary-sealing device and a cavity at the other end for the accommodation of one check valve with a movable plug supported by a spring to shut off water discharge from the faucet and prevent the return of dirty water. The rotary water-sealing device, having watertight O-rings adapted to the upper section and a V-shaped expanding side wall extending at the lower section, is sealed to the bottom and internal surface of the shower head and enclosed by the screw nut secured to the shower head, providing high-and-lower pressure water-sealing benefit as well as rotation in 360 degrees to prevent the connecting tube from getting twisted up and hindering the smooth transport of water supply.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2007Date of Patent: December 23, 2008Assignee: Chung Cheng Faucet Co., Ltd.Inventor: Hsi Chia Ko

Publication number: 20080196776Abstract: A faucet structure comprises a water-inlet pipe assembly, control valves, a mount, handles, and a spout. The water-inlet pipe assembly has a set of hot/cold water-intake ducts each having a coupling end extending at one side, and a connector tube having a connecting portion and a set of water-guiding passages. The water-guiding passage has a coupled end with insert blocks to fit to insert recesses of the coupling end, permitting the water-inlet pipe assembly automatically adjusted in position to directly engage with the mount and a base board having hooked legs to fix to reinforcing ribs. The coupled end also includes multiple ringed grooves with waterproof rings to tightly seal to the coupling end, providing a double-layer water-sealing benefit to ensure the best high/low pressure watertight effect. For the separate-type design, the water-guiding passages can be molded into various lengths to match to different-sized mounts, facilitating more flexible assembly thereby.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 20, 2007Publication date: August 21, 2008Inventor: Hsi Chia Ko

Patent number: 7341209Abstract: A spray gun assembly structure comprises a connecting tube having a first coupling head connected to water supply and a second coupling head mounted to a spray gun. A coupling shaft of the second coupling head defined by at least two annular grooves is mounted into the spray gun and positioned via a locking tube. Multiple waterproof rings are adapted to the annular grooves to abut tight against the internal surface of the spray gun, forming a dual water-sealing benefit and permitting the spray gun to achieve accurate water shutoff state no matter under high or lower water pressure. A stop flange disposed beneath the coupling shaft is enclosed between the spray gun and the locking tube. Therefore, with the extension and twist of the spray gun, the coupling shaft and the stop flange can be rotated and automatically adjusted in position, facilitating stable and easier handling and operation thereof.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2007Date of Patent: March 11, 2008Assignee: Chung Cheng Faucet Co., Ltd.Inventor: Hsi Chia Ko

Patent number: 7191476Abstract: A multi-functional switching apparatus for bathroom showers comprises first/second control valves, first/second adjusting valve units, first/second control valve spindle units, and first/second handle units wherein the second control valve has a coupling portion fluidly connected to the first control valve. In addition to an upper valve, a watertight ring, a lower valve, and a hoop respectively, the first adjusting valve unit also has a packing piece, and the second adjusting valve unit a positioning collar. Both first/second control valve spindle units have a valve spindle with coupling sections and fixing sections disposed thereon respectively. An adjusting device is mounted to the first valve spindle, and a flow-switching device to the second valve spindle. The first/second handle units with a handle and a cross-shaped grip also include a fixed cover, a cover seat, and a cap respectively.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 2006Date of Patent: March 20, 2007Assignee: Chung Cheng Faucet Co., Ltd.Inventor: Hsi Chia Ko
