The core unit is made from a rubber composition which includes a rubber material, a halogenated organo-sulfur compound, and a phosphorus-containing material. The phosphorus-containing material is selected from the group consisting of metal phosphate, polyphosphate, polyphosphoric ester, phosphonate, phosphate-modified polyester, and combinations thereof. The cover unit is made from a thermoplastic polyurethane composition.
