Abstract: A portable electronic device having NFC application function is provided. The electronic device includes a body, a watch-strap portion and a NFC module. The watch-strap portion includes a first watch strap and a second watch strap respectively connected to opposite end portions of the body. The first watch strap and the second watch strap are used to wear the electronic device on a wrist. The NFC module integrates with a plurality of different NFC applications. Therefore, user can use those NFC applications conveniently and safely through the electronic device worn on their wrist.

The watch strap portion includes two watch straps respectively connected to opposite ends portions of the body, and used to wear the electronic wrist watch on wrist. The rechargeable battery and the wireless charging module are arranged in the watch-strap portion, and the wireless charging module is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery. The wireless charging module is configured to wirelessly collect external energy to charge the rechargeable battery. With such a configuration of the rechargeable battery and the wireless charging module arranged in the watch-strap portion, capacity of the rechargeable battery can be effectively expanded, and charging process of the rechargeable battery can be effectively simplified, without changing the size of the electronic wrist watch.

Abstract: In a CRTC scan circuit, a waste of memory space used in a character generator, such as a conventional Chinese character generator, during the scan can occur, thus an address conversion for a character generator is provided so that the memory space is completely utilized.The procedure of address conversion is carried out by dividing the MASKROM memory space which is used in a character generator into two separate pluralities of partition groups according to a "character frame space" and an "actually used space" of a character, establishing an address mapping between those two partition groups, and determining an offset value between the input and output address data in this mapping. A general rule about the relation between these two partition groups is given and an address converter to perform the procedure is disclosed.
