    Abstract: A gapless spindle locking device of an improved structure includes an output shaft, a power output disk, a stop ring and lock pins. The power output disk is connected to a driving device. A polyhedral shaft is disposed at an end of the output shaft and the polyhedral shaft has a lock section and a power transmission section. Lock planes matched with the lock pins are disposed on the lock section in a circumferential direction. A driving structure for transmitting power is disposed on the power output disk. A driven structure for transmitting power is disposed on the power transmission section, and the driving structure is matched with the driven structure. Spacing pillars protruding upwards are disposed on a surface of the power output disk in the circumferential direction, and a damping block is disposed between every two adjacent spacing pillars.

    Abstract: A locking device for a spindle of an electric tool comprises an output shaft, a fixing ring, a retainer, locking roller pins, bearing roller pins and a power output disc. When the power output disc is active, the power output disc drives the output shaft to rotate thus outputting torque and meanwhile driving the retainer to rotate synchronously; when the output shaft is active, the output shaft rotates to make the planes of the multi-surface shaft of the output shaft deflect and drives the locking roller pins to abut against the fixing ring so as to lock the spindle. In the locking process, under the supporting effect of the bearing roller pins, the spindle rotates in a balanced mode and is stressed uniformly, the locking reliability is high, and the overall structure assembling difficulty is low.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a gear adjusting device for a gearbox of an impact drill, comprising a front gearbox housing, a torsional cover, a reduction mechanism and a tripping mechanism which comprises annular adjusting screws, tripping columns and a tripping cushion. Each tripping column is sleeved with a compression spring with two ends respectively connected to the bottom of a corresponding adjusting screw and a corresponding tripping column. The torsional cover is in threaded drive connection with each adjusting screw. The lower end of each tripping column is connected with the reduction mechanism. The tripping cushion is slidably connected to the front gearbox housing along the vertical direction. A cushion locking structure is disposed between the torsional cover and the front gearbox housing. The tripping cushion can be locked and fixed by the cushion locking structure when the torsional cover is rotated anticlockwise, and then the tripping cushion cannot move vertically.

    Abstract: A gear adjusting device for an electric impact device, comprising a front gearbox housing, a torsional cover rotationally sleeved at the top of the front gearbox housing, a reduction mechanism disposed at the bottom of the front gearbox housing and a tripping structure disposed within the torsional cover. The tripping structure consists of an adjusting screw, a tripping cushion, an adjusting ring and an impact conversion cushion. The adjusting ring can lock the tripping cushion and the impact conversion cushion. The torsional cover and the adjusting ring are provided with corresponding upper bosses and lower bosses, so the torsional cover drives the adjusting ring to rotate during anticlockwise rotation and when the torsional cover rotates clockwise, the adjusting ring does not rotate. Therefore, gear switching can be conducted when the torsional cover is rotated anticlockwise, achieving the effects of short adjustment stroke and quick switching.

    Abstract: A gearbox for a power-driven tool includes a skip-block mechanism and a reduction mechanism connecting to the skip-block mechanism. The reduction mechanism includes a skip-block ring, an inner gear, and a plurality of gears. The inner gear connects to one side of the skip-block ring away from the skip-block mechanism. The gears engage with the inner gear so that, when the skip-block mechanism is under force, the gears rotate inside the inner gear, and the skip-block ring and the skip-block mechanism engage with each other, reducing abrasion, and the skip-block mechanism is able to protect the gears.
