    Abstract: The present invention provides a machine abnormality marking and abnormality prediction system connected with a factory host and including a parameter streaming unit connected with the machines, an abnormality reporting unit, a prediction analysis unit, and a neural network classifier. The parameter streaming unit and the abnormal reporting unit collect data of each machine in the factory, and the collected data are compared and analyzed with historical records by the prediction analysis unit. The generated parameter values can be continuously compared with the collected data to predict the state of each machine in the factory, and provide an early warning of possible abnormality or need of maintenance, so that the personnel in the factory can arrange production line maintenance or capacity adjustment in advance or adjust the machine of the factory production line, to avoid occasional shutdown and reduce factory losses.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a virtual foreman dispatch planning system installed in a host in a factory, including: a knowledge graph unit, a matching unit and a recommendation unit. The knowledge graph unit has a first memory and a second memory which are connected with each other, and constructs and stores structural information including checking nodes, maintenance nodes and edges. The matching unit includes a neural network classifier that adopts semi-supervised learning method to retain original structural information, and downgrades the dimension of a continuous lantent space so that the continuous lantent space becomes a vector space, making nodes with more similar structures be closer in distance in the vector space. Through the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, the recommendation unit calculates the node of the maintenance record nearest to the vector space which is used as the dispatched manpower required for recommendation, so as to achieve the optimal dispatching effect.

    Abstract: An antibacterial textile is directed to a textile mainly formed by mixedly weaving a first yarn, a second yarn, and a copper yarn. The first yarn is exposed in an inside layer of the textile, and a material thereof has hydrophobicity and moisture permeability, to form a water-resistant surface. The second yarn and the copper yarn are exposed in an outside layer of the textile, and a material of the second yarn has moisture draining performance, to form an antibacterial and moisture draining surface. Therefore, when apparel made of the textile is worn, a water-resistant surface in contact with skin does not get wet after absorbing sweater under slight pressure. The sweat is absorbed by a moisture draining surface on the outside layer via the water-resistant surface, and the moisture is exhausted, so that the inside layer of the apparel still maintains dry and clean.
