Abstract: A heterogeneous integration detecting method and a heterogeneous integration detecting apparatus are provided. The heterogeneous integration detecting method includes the following. Under the condition of maintaining the same relative distance between an interference objective lens and a sample, the relative posture of the interference objective lens and the sample is continuously adjusted according to the change of an image of the sample in the field of view of the interference objective lens until a first optical axis of the interference objective lens is determined to be substantially perpendicular to the surface of the sample according to the image. The interference objective lens is replaced with an imaging objective lens and the geometric profile of at least one via of the sample is detected. A second optical axis of the imaging objective lens after replacement overlaps with the first optical axis of the interference objective lens before replacement.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated chip. The integrated chip includes a substrate having a first semiconductor material. A second semiconductor material is disposed on the first semiconductor material and a passivation layer is disposed on the second semiconductor material. A first doped region and a second doped region extend through the passivation layer and into the second semiconductor material. A silicide is arranged within the passivation layer and along tops of the first doped region and the second doped region.

Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure illustrates a multimedia apparatus linked to at least a multimedia sever. For each of the top first level nodes, among the top second level nodes under the first level node, the multimedia apparatus finds second level node with the maximum child node count. The multimedia apparatus stores object identifications and the child node counts of partial found second level nodes as a part of multimedia information. The multimedia apparatus can efficiently reduce computation amount, memory usage, storage space usage, and network traffic amount.

Abstract: A method and a system for playing a multimedia file and attached information thereof, suitable for a multimedia file play system comprising a service end and a client end are provided. In the present method, the client end sends a play request of a multimedia file to the service end. The service end searches for attached information of the multimedia file according to the received play request, creates a resource item in a description file to add a link of the attached information, creates an extended field in the resource item to add identification information of the attached information, and returns the description file to the client end. The client end identifies the attached information according to the identification information and downloads the multimedia file and the attached information thereof according to the link, so as to play the multimedia and the attached information.
