  • Patent number: 9968002
Abstract: The present invention provides a heat-transfer mechanism of a motor primary, wherein a heat-transfer member having a metallic body is sandwiched between a motor moving member and a bearing member, such that the heat-transfer member separates the bearing member from the motor moving member to prevent direct contact there-between while the heat-transfer member is used as a heat-conducting medium, and therefore, heat energy on the bearing member and the motor moving member can be gathered in the heat-transfer member, and the effect of effectively dissipating, by means of conduction, the heat energy from the motor moving member and from the bearing member driven by the motor can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20120229125
Abstract: An iron core member of a resolver, which is a one-piece member integrally formed of iron powder. The iron core member includes an annular core section and multiple pole sections annularly arranged on outer circumference of the core section at equal intervals and projecting from the outer circumference of the core section. Each pole section has recessed sections. Enameled wires can be conveniently wound around the recessed sections to form coils located in the recessed sections. The pole section further has multiple projection posts. After the winding process is completed, the terminals of the enameled wires are hooked and located on the projection posts. In comparison with the conventional iron core member, the present iron core member has lower iron loss and the manufacturing process is simplified.

  • Patent number: 8159095
Abstract: A hiding structure for positioning signal conversion mechanism of a torque motor, which includes a stator having a curvature center line, a rotor coaxially fitted with the stator, a positioning/detecting section disposed on the stator between the stator and the rotor for detecting movements of the motor and outputting corresponding analog signals and a signal conversion section for receiving the analog signals provided by the positioning/detecting section and converting the analog signals into digital signals and outputting the digital signals. The signal conversion section is fixed on an end face of one end of the stator in an insulated state.

  • Publication number: 20110187356
Abstract: A resolver unit including a first resolver and a second resolver. The first resolver includes a first rotor. A certain number of first rotor magnetic poles are annularly disposed on the first rotor at equal intervals. The second resolver includes a second rotor coaxial with the first rotor. A certain number of second rotor magnetic poles are annularly disposed on the second rotor at equal intervals. The number of the second rotor magnetic poles is different from the number of the first rotor magnetic poles.

  • Patent number: 7989993
Abstract: A magnet yoke of a linear motor includes a plurality of recesses set in equidistance in a side surface of the magnet yoke and defining a plurality of peaks and valleys arranged alternately and a plurality of permanent magnets aligned abreast in equidistance in an opposite side surface of the magnet yoke so that an interval is defined between two adjacent permanent magnets and has a center aligned with a center of a corresponding peak and valley. Two adjacent permanent magnets form a magnet unit for generating a magnetic flux distribution. An empty section formed in each of the valleys is twice as wide as an interval between two adjacent permanent magnets, and is located in a middle of the two permanent magnets so as to make a moderate magnetic flux distribution.
