  • Publication number: 20240115410
Abstract: An assistive device structure for positioning and pressure relief is provided, including a first elastic layer and a second elastic layer, which are attached by using a high-frequency encapsulation process, sealing, bagging, thermoforming, or an integrally molding process. Each of the first and second elastic layers has a bottom surface and an arc surface disposed opposite to each other. The arc surface includes two protrusions and a recess formed there in between. The two protrusions have different heights. A hollow area is disposed in the recess of the first and second elastic layers. Based on such structure, the bottom surfaces of the first and second elastic layers are attached to form the proposed assistive device structure for a user to lean against and providing multiple positioning effects and pressure relief. More than four axial directions of supporting forces are generated to effectively enhance muscle relaxation and stress relief.

  • Publication number: 20200185169
Abstract: A keyboard device includes a key structure, a membrane wiring board and an elastic element. The elastic element is arranged between the key structure and the membrane wiring board. The key structure includes a sleeve, a plunger-type support shaft, a keycap and a resilience element. The plunger-type support shaft is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the sleeve. When the keycap is depressed in response to an external force, the resilience element and the sleeve interfere with each other. Consequently, the keyboard device provides the operating sound and the operating feedback like a mechanical switch.

  • Patent number: 10658137
Abstract: A key structure includes a support shaft, a resilience sheet, a pedestal and a keycap. While the keycap is pressed down in response to an external force, the support shaft is moved downwardly and the resilience sheet is correspondingly moved. Since a resilience part of the resilience sheet is pushed by a push part of the pedestal, the resilience part is subjected to deformation. After the resilience part is moved across the push part, the resilience part is elastically restored and swung. Consequently, the resilience part collides with the inner surface of the sliding groove to generate a click sound.

  • Publication number: 20190378667
Abstract: A keyboard device includes a keycap, a connecting element and a base plate. The keycap includes a sliding-type hook. The connecting element includes a first frame and a second frame. A first connecting part is inserted into the sliding-type hook. The first connecting part includes a top side and a contact slant. The top side is located at a distal end of the first connecting part. The contact slant is arranged beside the top side. A junction line between the top side and the contact slant is perpendicular to a top surface of the first frame. Due to the structure of the contact slant, the contact area between the first connecting part and the sliding-type hook is reduced. Consequently, the amount of the assembling interference between the first connecting part and the sliding-type hook is reduced.

  • Patent number: 10490369
Abstract: The present invention provides a key structure, including: a key pedestal, a key support shaft, a keycap, a rotating member, and an elastic element. The key pedestal is provided with a sleeve structure, a press member of the key support shaft is disposed in the sleeve structure, and the rotating member and the elastic element are disposed in the sleeve structure and located below the press member. When the keycap is pressed by an external force, the press member presses on the rotating member to drive the rotating member to rotate so as to generate a sound.

  • Patent number: 10276328
Abstract: A keyboard structure includes a keycap, a supporting plate, a connecting element and a clicking element. The keycap has a top surface and a bottom surface. The connecting element is connected with the keycap and the supporting plate. The clicking element is located under the keycap. While the keycap is descended, the clicking element is pressed by the push post and subjected to curvy deformation and then the clicking element is separated from the push post. When the clicking element is elastically restored to an original position to knock on the bottom surface of the keycap, a click sound is generated.

  • Publication number: 20190088426
Abstract: A key structure includes a membrane switch circuit member, a rubbery elastomer, a housing, a triggering element, a metallic elastic element and a keycap. The keycap is disposed on the triggering element. The rubbery elastomer is disposed on the membrane switch circuit member. The housing is located over the rubbery elastomer. The triggering element is movable relative to the housing. The metallic elastic element is contacted with the triggering element. While the keycap is depressed, the triggering element is moved relative to the housing to press the metallic elastic element. While the metallic elastic element is pushed by the triggering element, the metallic elastic element is swung to collide with the triggering element. Consequently, a click sound is generated.

  • Publication number: 20190013160
Abstract: The present invention relates to a keyboard, including a base plate, a connecting element, a keycap, and a hook. The connecting element is separately connected to the hook and the base plate. The hook is disposed on an inner surface of the keycap and is connected to a connecting shaft of the connecting element. The hook includes a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion. The first fixing portion is in contact with a first side of the connecting shaft, and the second fixing portion is in contact with a second side of the connecting shaft. The structure of the second fixing portion in the hook is stronger than the structure of the first fixing portion, so that when the connecting shaft is applied with a force to be out of the hook, the first fixing portion is applied with an interference force to be broken, thereby having a recognizing effect.

  • Patent number: 8581127
Abstract: A key structure includes a keycap, a scissors-type connecting element, a membrane module, a light-emitting element and a base plate. The light-emitting element is used for emitting light beams. The keycap has a protrusion structure for blocking the light beams and preventing the light beams from leaking out through the gap between said keycap and said base plate. The base plate has a slot corresponding to the protrusion structure. When the keycap is depressed, the membrane module is pressed by the protrusion structure to be subject to deformation, so that a deformed part of the membrane module is inserted into the slot of the base plate. In such way, the hand feel of depressing the keycap is not adversely affected.

  • Publication number: 20130161170
Abstract: A keyboard device includes at least one luminous key, at least one light-emitting element, a membrane switch circuit member, an opaque seal structure, and a transparent seal structure. The luminous key has a light-transmissible zone. The light-emitting element is electrically connected with the membrane switch circuit member, and disposed under the light-transmissible zone. A top surface of the light-emitting element is encapsulated by the transparent seal structure. The transparent seal structure is partially surrounded by the opaque seal structure. Consequently, the light beam from the light-emitting element is transmissible through the transparent seal structure, and directed to the light-transmissible zone.
