The method includes forming a first gate stack, a second gate stack, a third gate stack, and a fourth gate stack over the substrate. Each of the first gate stack or the second gate stack is wider than each of the third gate stack or the fourth gate stack. The method includes forming a first contact structure and a second contact structure over the first source/drain structure and the second source/drain structure respectively. A first average width of the first contact structure is substantially equal to a second average width of the second contact structure.

Abstract: Provided is an orthopedic composition, including: a powder composition including calcium sulfate hemihydrate, ?-tricalcium phosphate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; and a solvent including glycerol and water. The orthopedic composition exhibits improved washout resistance. A method of manufacturing the orthopedic composition and a bone graft set including the orthopedic composition are further provided.

One end of a limit rod is fixed to the cap body therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod passes through a bearing fixed to a top base of a sleeve portion of the dehydration basket and then abuts against a steel ball, so that the pivoting of the limit rod may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket more precise, reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket while rotation, and maintain the rotation center of the dehydration basket to be stable.

Abstract: An abdominal thrust device comprises a belt, a track assembly, a thrusting assembly, and a controller. The belt is detachably worn at abdomen of a human body. The track assembly is rounded and arranged at an inner surface of the belt corresponding to large intestine or small intestines of the human body. The thrusting assembly is movably engaged with the track assembly and moved along the track assembly cyclically to thrust the large intestine or the small intestines of the human body. The controller wirelessly or wired controls the thrusting assembly to operate or not.
