    Abstract: A twisting exerciser includes a base with a tubular extension and multiple first adjusting holes defined through a periphery of the tubular extension. A cushion has a cylindrical bottom received in the tubular extension and provided with multiple second adjusting holes defined to correspond to the first adjusting holes and multiple legs extending out therefrom. A pin extends into one of the first adjusting holes and one of the second adjusting holes to secure engagement and a relative position between the tubular extension and the cylindrical bottom. A stepping board is securely mounted on and supported by the cushion. The stepping board is able to be twisted and rocked so as to provide an exercising effect to a user.
